Photos you authorize, camera captures, calendar and reminder titles and times, Health and motion summaries, location, Apple Music metadata, and files, text, or images you explicitly add or share. Sharing from Mail or Messages is item by item; Doris never connects to those inboxes in the background.

Yes. Your memoir is yours alone. Your data is encrypted, never sold, and never used to train public AI models. You decide what Doris can access, and you can disconnect any source or delete your data at any time.

Location can anchor a memory to a place, and authorized health summaries can mark movement or activity. Doris does not upload a continuous route or raw HealthKit samples. Private place and activity summaries used in your memoir may sync to your Doris account.

Always. Every chapter is yours to refine, rewrite, or remove. You can correct facts, change wording, add your own reflections, or delete anything you would rather not keep. Deleting your account permanently erases your cloud data and wipes local data.

Only you, unless you choose to share. Doris is private by default. There is no public feed and no social network. What you share, and with whom, is entirely your decision.

Yes. Your story belongs to you. You can export your full journal and data as JSON from Profile, and keep, print, or pass your chapters down however you wish. You are never locked in. Read the full privacy policy.
